COMMUNITY
RULES.
Roleplay over ruleplay. Common sense, player freedom, and mutual respect shape White Wall Project.

1. Roleplay Over Ruleplay
WWP is an adult GTA roleplay community built around common sense, player freedom, and old-school FiveM roleplay.
The rules exist to prevent cheating, protect roleplay, protect content creators, and remove people who damage the community. They are not intended to regulate every possible situation.
Players are expected to:
- Stay in character.
- Give others something to work with.
- Accept in-character consequences.
- Keep in-character conflict separate from out-of-character feelings.
- Consider the experience of the community, not only whether they can technically win a scene.
Being offended, insulted, robbed, arrested, attacked, betrayed, or defeated does not automatically mean a rule was broken.
These rules are intentionally broad. Use common sense and follow their purpose rather than searching for loopholes.
2. Basic Requirements
- Players must be at least 18 years old.
- All player characters must be adults.
- A functioning microphone is required.
- English is the server's primary language.
3. Stay in Character
Remain in character while connected to the server.
Do not stop a scene to argue about rules, desync, RDM, VDM, metagaming, or powergaming. Finish the scene when reasonably possible, save your evidence, and report the issue afterward.
Do not ignore roleplay because you are grinding, farming, crafting, or using another server mechanic.
WWP is not a strict realism simulator. Comedy, chaos, reckless characters, exaggerated situations, and GTA-style action are allowed.
4. Cheating, Exploiting, and Metagaming
Cheating or intentionally abusing broken mechanics is prohibited.
This includes unauthorized software, aimbots, ESP, duplication, economy exploits, glitching, modified files that provide an advantage, or using mechanics to avoid consequences.
Report serious exploits instead of using or hiding them.
Your character may only act on information they reasonably learned in character.
Do not:
- Use information from streams, Discord, messages, or another player's screen.
- Coordinate active roleplay through outside communication.
- Use one character's knowledge, property, or relationships to benefit another character.
- Join a scene because someone contacted you out of character.
- Identify disguised characters without a reasonable in-character basis.
Do not watch or use another player's active stream while connected to WWP. Deliberate stream sniping is treated as cheating.
5. Content and Out-of-Character Conduct
WWP allows vulgar, offensive, dark, controversial, and mature roleplay.
Being offensive is not automatically against the rules. Players may portray terrible people and participate in uncomfortable fictional storylines.
All content must still remain within Twitch Terms of Service.
Real-world threats, doxxing, swatting, targeted out-of-character harassment, sexual assault roleplay, erotic roleplay, sexual content involving minors, and other Twitch-prohibited content are not allowed.
In-character hostility is allowed. Out-of-character hostility is not.
Players are expected to keep real feelings, personal grudges, Discord drama, ticket disputes, stream drama, and staff issues out of their roleplay. Do not use your character to punish, target, or harass another player because of an out-of-character problem.
Likewise, do not treat normal in-character conflict as a personal attack against you as a player. Criminals, cops, enemies, rivals, and hostile characters are allowed to be hostile in roleplay.
Copyrighted music is not a server rule issue. Content creators are responsible for protecting their own broadcasts and may leave an area when copyrighted media puts their channel at risk. This does not excuse avoiding unrelated in-character consequences.
6. Conflict, RDM, and VDM
Outside the lawless location, violence must have a reasonable roleplay basis.
WWP does not require specific initiation phrases, countdowns, or scripted warnings. Hostilities are judged by context and common sense.
Threats, prior conflict, weapons, aggression, betrayal, pursuit, defending another person, or an obvious danger may reasonably lead to violence.
RDM is attacking someone without a reasonable roleplay reason.
VDM is using a vehicle to attack someone without a reasonable roleplay reason.
Vehicles may be used as weapons when the scene supports it. Violence does not become RDM or VDM simply because it escalated quickly or the victim disagreed with the aggressor's decision.
7. Player Agency, Injury, and Robbery
Do not dictate another player's permanent injuries, emotions, memories, actions, or character death.
Permanent death, permanent disfigurement, and other lasting character changes require the affected player's agreement.
Characters may resist, run, fight back, refuse demands, or make reckless decisions. WWP does not use a rigid "gun means surrender" rule.
Serious injuries should have reasonable roleplay consequences. Being incapacitated does not automatically erase all memory, but characters should not remember information learned while unconscious.
Do not respawn, rearm, and return to the same fight.
Robbery, kidnapping, extortion, betrayal, hostage-taking, and execution attempts are allowed when supported by roleplay.
Pocket wiping is not allowed.
Only take items that reasonably relate to the robbery, conflict, investigation, debt, or storyline. Do not empty another player's inventory simply to maximize their loss.
8. Scene and Group Size
WWP does not use fixed limits for gangs, police, criminals, civilians, heists, wars, or other scenes.
Every participant must have an in-character reason to be involved.
Large groups should consider whether their numbers are overwhelming every conflict or preventing others from meaningfully participating.
If scene sizes become excessive, staff may ask group, gang, business, or department leaders to manage future participation more carefully. This is guidance based on the health of the server, not a fixed headcount rule.
9. Combat Logging and Scene Avoidance
Do not disconnect, respawn, hide in menus, use protected interfaces, or abuse mechanics to escape active roleplay.
If you crash, reconnect and continue the scene when reasonably possible.
Do not use server restarts, technical problems, or intentional disconnects to avoid consequences.
10. The Lawless Location
WWP maintains a designated lawless location. Its current location and boundaries will be identified through an official WWP resource and may change over time.
Unless otherwise stated, the lawless area includes only:
- The inside of the designated main building.
- The rooftop directly above that interior.
Nearby streets, sidewalks, parking areas, balconies, fire escapes, garages, and exterior landings are not automatically included.
Inside the lawless location, the following protections do not apply:
- RDM.
- VDM.
- Initiation requirements.
- Escalation requirements.
- Value-of-life expectations.
- Scene-size restrictions.
Everyone is treated the same inside, including civilians, criminals, police, and government characters.
All other server rules still apply, including rules against cheating, exploiting, metagaming, stream sniping, combat logging, pocket wiping, powergaming, forced permanent outcomes, out-of-character harassment, and Twitch TOS violations.
Entering and Leaving
Entry must be voluntary.
Players may lie, bait, manipulate, pressure, or lure someone into entering, but they may not physically force, drag, carry, or kidnap someone across the boundary to remove their normal protections.
Voluntarily entering during an active chase, fight, or pursuit means accepting the lawless rules immediately.
Regular rules apply again outside the boundary.
Events inside may create motives, grudges, investigations, and future roleplay outside. They do not grant unlimited violence against people outside.
Someone standing inside cannot randomly attack an unrelated person outside and claim protection from the lawless rules.
Active conflicts crossing the boundary will be judged by context and common sense.
Gray areas are expected. Staff will judge them by intent, context, and the purpose of the lawless location rather than creating a rule for every possible scenario.
11. Reports
Do not weaponize the rules against other players.
Finish the scene when reasonably possible and report meaningful violations afterward.
Provide clear evidence and relevant context. Do not exaggerate, submit misleading edits, organize mass reports, or use staff complaints as leverage in an in-character conflict.
Staff may decline reports based on missing evidence, technicalities, lack of meaningful harm, or issues better handled through roleplay.
12. Staff Authority and Community Fit
Access to WWP is a privilege.
The written rules are not a complete list of every reason someone may be removed.
Staff may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove a player they believe is not a good fit for the community, even when no single written rule fully describes the problem.
Reasons may include:
- Repeated poor roleplay.
- Constant out-of-character drama.
- Treating other players poorly.
- Refusing reasonable staff guidance.
- Repeatedly testing boundaries or exploiting loopholes.
- Consistently prioritizing winning over roleplay.
- Damaging trust, immersion, or the overall community atmosphere.
Staff do not have to wait for one major incident. A pattern of smaller problems may be enough.
Removal for poor community fit does not necessarily mean someone cheated or committed one serious violation. It means staff believe their continued presence is not in the best interest of WWP.
Disciplinary actions do not have to follow a fixed progression.
Appeals may be available through the official process. Public arguments, social media campaigns, mass messages, or pressure against staff are not appeals.
13. Final Standard
Not every situation needs a written rule.
Ask yourself:
- Am I roleplaying?
- Does my character have a reason for this?
- Am I using information my character actually knows?
- Am I abusing a mechanic, loophole, or technicality?
- Am I creating a Twitch TOS problem?
- Am I improving the roleplay or only trying to win?
- Is this good for the WWP community?
Roleplay first. Use common sense. Handle rule problems afterward.
